Prayer Ministry

The following prayer ministries are available to all, members and non-members alike!
Please check out the many opportunities to engage personalized prayer for you and your loved ones:

Daily Prayer

The Prayer team members pray daily for Ezekiel Lutheran Church and its members by name.

Prayer Stations

Opportunities for individual prayer with two prayer leaders are available at the designated stations in the sanctuary when communion is celebrated and during healing services.

Prayer Request Card

Anyone having a prayer need may fill out a “Prayer Request Card” from the pew racks and place it in the offering plate or in the box at the Welcome Center. Your need will be prayed for that week.

Or you can email it to info@ezekiellutheran.org

Prayer Chain

You may access prayer by request through the Prayer Chain. Contact the prayer chain coordinators, Sandy Tauferner (715) 821-8379.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

If you would like a Prayer Shawl for a loved one or are interested in knitting/crocheting and need yarn, please call Lana Bjerstedt at (715) 781-1677.

Prayer by Appointment

Time for private prayer with a prayer leader in the chapel is available by appointment and is designed to fit your schedule any day of the week. Some examples where one might seek prayer could include: illness, upcoming surgery, guidance, employment, spiritual emptiness, family concerns, thanksgiving, or relationship issues. Depending on your need and interest, prayer team members can also take time to read scripture, use anointing oil, or reflect with you in a devotional reading. If you or someone you know is interested in using this resource, please call one of the following prayer team members to schedule an opportunity for prayer between the hours of 9:00AM and 9:00PM.
